Call from home, from work, from your cell phone, from anywhere, even from a street payphone! How does it work? When you sign up on our site, you'll be able to register your phone number with us. It can be your cell phone, work phone or home phone. Your phone number becomes your Personal Identification Number (PIN). When dialing from your phone, our switches automatically recognize your number. You never have to enter a hard-to-remember PIN.

There?s no annual contract. And you don’t need to switch from your current long distance provider. Use it whenever you want, and stop if you want. Sure the rates are great, but are there any hidden fees?

With WorldTelecomSystem you will never be charged a connection fee and there’s no expiration date. You are paying only for successful connection, which means another calling party picked up phone and you speak with longer than 10 seconds. If you are using Toll-free access numbers, rates can be higher, but exact extra fee you can found on page Access Numbers.

What happens if I am not satisfied with WorldTelecomSystem?

We’re sure you’ll love WorldTelecomSystem’s service and savings! However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with WorldTelecomSystem, we will refund your full unused balance.

How to dial a number?

Just call to any Access Number. Select Access Number for your local numbers for avoiding fees from your local phone company. You can also use Toll-free access numbers, but rates can be little bit  higher (exact extra fee you can found on page Access Numbers). Then dial:

  • 1 , then Area Code, then Phone Number for make call to USA or Canada;
  • 011 , then Country Code, then Phone Number for international calls;
What is Local Access Number?

Most local phone companies in the United States offer unlimited local calls. To avoid running up unwanted toll or long distance charges when using our service, be sure to check the "local" access number you are using to connect to our switches. Usually, you should dial one of our Access Numbers without first 1, just a 10 digits: area code + number. If this is the case, you will hear a recorded message which says, ?You must first dial a ?1? before this number.? - dialed number is not local and better to select another one from our List. You can also check number with your phone company, f.e.  AT&T Verizon , BellSouth ...

You can also use Toll-free access numbers, but rates can be little bit  higher (exact extra fee you can found on page Access Numbers).

How do I add phone numbers to my WorldTelecomSystem plan?

On page My Accounts  you can see list of all your registered phone numbers. Bottom row in the list allow to add new phone number - just enter your 10-digits phone number, including Area Code.

What is 4-digits PIN number?

PIN - just an extra 4-digit password for making calls with highest level of security. By default our system does not use the PIN (shown as XXXX) If you enter any 4-digit combination instead XXXX, our system will ask it when you will make a call. For disabling, if you don't need it anymore, just can enter XXXX as PIN.

How to add money to my account?

On page My Payments you can add money to your accounts with credit or debit card. After payment through Google Checkout, during 3-5 minutes the amount will appear on your account 'Unallocated'.  From 'Unallocated' account you can instantly transfer all amount of part of it to any your phone number.  If you don't need some money on the phone account - you can also instantly transfer it back to 'Unallocated' or any another phone number.

Why Google Checkout? Because now it is faster, safer and more convenient way to shop online. With Google Checkout? you can quickly and easily buy from stores across the web and track all your orders and shipping in one place.

 Shop with confidence : Google fraud protection policy covers you against unauthorized purchases made through Google Checkout, and Google don't share your purchase history or full credit card number with sellers. Also you can keep your email address confidential, and easily turn off unwanted emails from stores where you use Google Checkout.

Can you use the same account from not registered phone?

Sure you can! You can use your account even from phone, which not registered in on your account. Fore using from anywhere you have to enable 4-digits PIN on one of your phone accounts (see above).

Simply dial your local or 800 access number from any touch-tone phone in the United States or Canada or in another country (see Access Numbers). You will be prompted for your 10-digit pin number (which is your linked phone number) and your four-digit security password (which you can choose when registering with us). Then dial the number you wish to call.  Use WorldTelecomSystem whenever you choose.
